Jenna R. Cederblad

Jenna specializes in commercial civil litigation and corporate transactions. Her experience encompasses civil defense litigation, corporate contract negotiations, vendor agreements, and regulatory compliance within the finance sector.

Hailing from the Western Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Jenna received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2024, following her bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of Missouri in 2019. During her time in law school, Jenna served as a teaching assistant and gained recognition as an octofinalist and one of the top two oralist in the Fred H. Herzog Moot Court Competition.
